Preparation  exterior:

1. Kill mold and mildew
2. Pressure wash to remove dirt, cobwebs (dry-time min 48 hours)
3. squeegee windows
3. scrape,sand failing paint
4. remove/treat rust
5. prime bare wood, metal, masonry
6. re-set loose nails
7. caulk windows, trim, door frames
8. fill/repair cracks/holes/damaged areas in stucco
9. fill/repair holes in wood
10. remove light fixtures and misc. hardware, reinstall at completion
11. tape/mask windows and all areas not being painted
12. cover and protect landscaping and cement
13. repair leaky gutters and downspouts
14. full daily clean-up as well as at the end of the job

• replace old lights with new lights
• gutter cleaning
• install pigeon/bird deterrents

Preparation  interior

1. cover and protect flooring and all areas not being painted
2. move furniture items and cover and protect as needed
3. remove door hardware and any other items not being painted
4. install dust control measures
5. fill holes in walls/ceilings and trim/doors
6. repair cracks and/or drywall damage and retexture as needed
7. scuff sand glossy surfaces
8. caulk gaps in trim and baseboards
9. prime all newly textured and patched areas
10. prime water stains
11. prime all bare wood and metal
12. full daily clean-up as well as at the end of the job
